My Current Read:
📖 Winter’s Tale by Mark Helprin
My middle child chose this one for me (because I couldn’t decide on what I wanted to read next), and it’s been sitting on my shelf for a while. Honestly? I’m struggling to get through this one. The writing is just not my style but I’m determined to finish it. Partially because I’m a completionist (yes, I made that word up), but also because I want to watch the movie and I promised I wouldn’t do that until I finished the book.
TBR Trouble:
I told myself I’d get through 5 books this month, but here I am, side-eyeing my growing TBR pile instead of making any real progress. (Seriously, why is it so much easier to buy books than to read them?) If you’ve got any strategies for actually tackling your TBR, drop them in the comments—I’m desperate!
